Malle Post has seen the financial ups and downs in various large corporations such as the Radisson and Swissotel hotel group, Shell, Stora Enso, and the Estonian Expo 2020 Dubai pavilion. She knows how money makes a business, and understands the damage that poor financial management can cause.
She is also a very dynamic leading lady who founded the Estonian Accountants’ Association (ERK). As a member of the European Accounting Association, she helped organise the 2014 European congress. She is the founder and one of the board members of Estonian Business Women (ÄND Ärinaise Delgatsioon MTÜ) that wants to economically strengthen women’s leadership and introduce women to entrepreneurship.
