Entire leadership from the startup coach Emerald Foundry to join the ImpactEnthusiast community

All three leaders of startup coach Emerald Foundry are enthusiastic about our journey, and are supporting our community now.

Emerald Foundry is a startup and SME coach for entrepreneurs who are in the Estonian e-Residency program. They are helping entrepreneurs all over Europe. The leaders of Emerald Foundry are putting ideas into practice that are very similar to the vision of ImpactBuilders. “Emerald Foundry is where gems are being created,” says former Italian banker Federico Pirola. “We coach startups and small businesses so they get over their first hurdles, and bring them in a pole position to conquer the market”.

Started as an e-Residence pitch 

Federico’s pitched his initial business idea among members of the Estonian e-Residency program. E-Residency Community Leader Ian Wagner fell for the idea right away: “I immediately saw the potential of Federico’s idea, and joined his ranks as a shareholder, adding to the table my tech expertise”. Right after, Rosen Dimov also joined the “emerald ranks”, and is adding his experience in consulting and innovation management. Together, they defined their mission: “The Estonian e-Residency program inspires many entrepreneurs to create a startup. These entrepreneurs now get a coach to help them become real.”

Sharing the same core values

The Estonian e-Residency program activities is where the Emerald Foundry ledership met. It is also the place where ImpactBuilders met the Emerald Foundry leaders. “The e-Residency, at its core, is about empowering people, so that they can have the greatest possible impact and find meaning in their activities.” says Federico. “It is no surprise that we quickly felt comfortable with each other,” adds ImpactBuilders co-founder Jan Lagast. “Our core values of trust, passion, results, are also present in the e-Residency program. If people match on a purpose, there is a great chance that they will create something magical all together”.
