CxO Europe and ImpactBuilders join forces to create a great World of Work ’24 trade fair

With this partnership our message will reach Belgian leaders, and Belgian leaders will get much more support in their future business transformation.

CxO Europe and ImpactBuilders plan to cooperate on several domains around the topic of the Future of Work. “End of 2024, CxO Europe organises the first World of Work trade fair that brings providers of talent services, mobility solutions, facility management and HR tech under one roof,” explains CEO and founder Dirk Vermant. “We are glad that ImpactBuilders would like to helps us in making a success of this event.” Our main activity will be to provide advice and content to the vision and communications of this main event,” adds ImpactBuilders founder Jan Lagast. “We are delighted that Dirk allows us to be close to the beating heart of the first World of Work.”

ImpactBuilders are building several ventures in the domain of the Future of Work. FunkyTime is an app to track time and expenses, and increase the relevance of solo-preneurs and small knowledge worker companies. Flxion is the brand of both an advisory firm and a software tool that are created to ease the introduction of self-organising in mid-sized companies. “We are going to provide CxO Europe with coaches to help realise a great CxO Leadership Forum about the Future of Work in September.’ says Jan Lagast. “And, we will be writing a series of articles and online posts about the new DNA we would like to introduce in the European business community.”

Common vision leading to yet another win-win

Dirk Vermant and Jan Lagast already went a long way in the Belgian business community. “I first met Jan when he had just started his communications business back in the eighties and when I just started in the publishing sector,” adds Dirk. “Since then, our paths have crossed several times. Every time, we were able to find a win-win between our activities. When you share the same values, and are understanding how the business evolves, then there is always a way to cooperate, and a great way to help each other.”
