To receive an avalanche of new impactful business ideas. That is one of the reasons ImpactBuilders is creating a growing pan-European community of ImpactEnthusiasts. And, it works! Last Tuesday, we already got plenty of ideas from our first gathering of enthusiasts in Tallinn.

ImpactBuilders is creating a growing pan-European ImpactEnthusiast community. This community helps us in many ways. The community helps us introduce a new DNA in the European business community. The top influencers that support our journey, give us a high credibility. And, our community members are also ready to co-generate new business ideas within specific impact domains.
Future of Work … what’s in a name

The first impact domain we are tackling now is the ‘Future of Work’. The ‘Future of Work’ means many things to many people, but for us it is much much more than video calling and home working. It is the new work paradigm that wants to make collaborators feel more relevant and respected at the workplace. Home working and remote meetings can be a part of that, but honestly, most companies stick to the old work paradigm and use some modern tools .. and that is far from the ‘Future of Work’.
Estonian regional chapter kicked off a series of sessions

This week, our Estonian fans were brainstorming about the ‘Future of Work’ in the ImpactBuilders Tallinn office. Next month, M18 will host the Flemish enthusiasts in Antwerp. Later next month, the European community will be brainstorming in a virtual session about this impact domain.

But first, we had a great session in Tallinn with motivated people from a variety of business backgrounds: top leaders of large organisations, leaders in mid-size companies, and even solopreneurs.
The energy in this first session was super high, even if the sun had already set early on this Autumn evening in the midst of the week. In no time, we got fresh input on several work-related topics. And thanks to Jim, who called in from Belgium, we also had a lot of totally new crazy ideas to think about …
