We are a virtual international team of ImpactBuilders, organised in smaller circles with a specific goal and budget. All together they form the ImpactBuilders Venture Builder.
- ImpactFunds Funds Management Team – The team that sets up, raises, and manages our impact-centric Funds, and ensures compliance with all legal requirements.
- ImpactConference Coordination Team – The team that coordinates our annual ImpactConference and invites all ImpactEnthusiasts to participate in a think tank.
- Rosa’s Legacy Fund ImpactBoard – The ImpactBoard that funnels the future projects which empower business women and female leaders.
- The Cornerstone Fund ImpactBoard – The ImpactBoard that helps decide on new projects which enable and stimulate the Future of Work to become reality.
- Vaikneri Silence Lab ImpactBoard – The ImpactBoard that supports pragmatic innovations in the field of noise reduction and silence promotion.
- Vaikneri Silence Lab Team – The team that invents, builds, tests, and licences pragmatic innovations in the field of noise reduction and silence promotion.
- Venture Market-side Ideation Team – For each venture we assemble a team of captains of industry who join the co-creation process of a new offering.
- Venture Leadership Teams – During the creating stage of a new venture, we attract temporary leaders, and later on, also the final leaders when the venture starts off.
- Venture ImpactBoards – This advisory board coaches the leadership team of a venture, and ensures it keeps aligned with its original impact-intentions.
- Regional Venture Building Services Hubs – We start in Brussels with the first regional hub offering our venture building services, and will add two more offices in the coming years.
- Backoffice shared services – For marketing communications, ICT-support, legal & finance support, and recruitment support, one shared service offers top-quality services to all.
- DevOps shared service – They design and securely run the critical apps of our digital ventures, and ensure a smooth hand-over when the venture is on its own feet.
- Coordination – This is the core team that coordinates the entire Venture Builder activities. The core team has no hierarchies, no CEO, no bossy traits.
