Federico Pirola is a founding partner and the operations lead of Emerald Foundry, a startup and SME coaching company that focuses on entrepreneurs all over the world who have applied for the Estonian e-Residency program. Before, Federico worked in the banking industry for 17 years, exploring different roles in various know cities such as Milan and Vienna. His academic background and ‘first love’ are on financial markets and wealth management, but over time he consolidated his experience in project and program management, operations and business organisation.
Federico Pirola is also an e-Residency Envoy. “The e-Residency program is a great tool supporting individuals’ freedom and empowerment, so I’m a natural fan of it,” explains Federico. “I’m also contributing to an NGO supporting active ageing in my hometown.”
