Kristiina is process manager at Tele2, one of the major telco operators in Estonia. After being the account manager and ‘liaison’ between clients and the internal processes of an Estonian accountancy firm, she is now ensuring that the services of a large international telecoms group are geared towards client value.
Kristiina understands clients, and clients love Kristiina. And, that is one of the reasons why we are very happy that she joined the ImpactEnthusiast community.
