The second season of First Tuesday is ready to launch …

First Tuesday is Tallinn’s fastest growing international business networking event for outward-looking companies, business leaders, investors, and institutional stakeholders. Each (even) month brings new useful contacts from across Europe. Each time honorary guests from a focus industry bring their vision on a specific theme to spark the conversations. The first season attracted over 650 individual business leaders to the first five editions of this highly energetic event series.

We are now ready for the second season

As from September, the First Tuesday event series again attracts, inspires, and bonds over 100 business leaders in the offices of PRnews․io in Porto Franco Tallinn. The target audience is

  • leaders from international European companies with a presence in Estonia
  • leaders from Estonian companies with an international European ambition
  • business leader delegations from various European countries
  • institutional stakeholders, government officials, and diplomats
  • investors from international private equity firms and VCs

Upgraded concept for event more effective networking

The program has been upgraded to provide even more opportunities to network and to get inspired:

  • Ultrafast stimulated active networking – instead of 2 hours, we reduced the main part of our event to 1 hour. We still have three conversation starters, but they get only 5 minutes and the Q&A is also limited to 5 minutes. Then you get 10 minutes to network with one other person in the room. And, then it’s already time for the second conversation starter.
  • Informal networking with a snack and a drink – the informal chat is now prolongued, to offer maximum opportunity to network. During the informal part of the program you will not remain hungry or thirsty. And, you will have the opportunity to join one of the smaller sub-events of the First Tuesday.
  • Focus rooms – a huge success last time were the focus rooms, in which we bring more specific topics related to the industry or the thematic. Typically attended by 12-15 participants and moderated to stimulate and maximise information exchange.
  • One-to-One corners – all of the business partners are ready to listen to your challenges and help you solve them within their field of expertise. Make an appointment on site, or pop in when you have a few spare minutes at the event.
  • Video room – our business partner Still Frame will interview various participants on site. This is your chance to speak out about the topic and the industry, and become famous all over Europe.
  • Almost for free – we initially offered the events for free to validate and finetune the concept. Now that the concept is matured and the value is clear, we are going to keep it low cost but not entirely free. The entrance fee is still a democratic low €95 (VAT excl.).
  • Every even month – in order to prepare well and increase the value of our events, we are now going to organise the First Tuesday events every “even” month, i.e. February, April, June, October, and December.
