In4Matic joins the ImpactBuilders City Chapters

In4Matic has been placing IT professionals with organisations in Belgium for more than 25 years. Founder Rudy Campe has become a member of the ImpactBuilders City Chapters.

Talent acquisition is the company’s main business, and that business is making connections. In4Matic places in-house consultants and freelance specialists with organisations that want to strengthen their IT teams, and the work starts with the client’s team, culture and goals rather than with a list of available profiles.

In4Matic is a family business, and the next-gen is now helping to shape where it goes. That brings a fresh wind with it, and a new ambition. The organisation is in full expansion, welcoming new colleagues on a regular basis and growing day after day.

Part of that ambition concerns the network the company works from. In4Matic is looking for contacts at a senior level, and not only in its own region: the aim is to build that network intercity and wider. The ImpactBuilders City Network is organised exactly that way, with a community of members in each city connected to the communities in the other cities. Reaching across cities also makes the organisation visible to groups it considers genuinely interesting, which is a form of employer branding that no campaign replaces.

Rudy Campe arrives with more than thirty years of building his own network inside the IT departments of mid-sized and large organisations. Sharing that knowledge and passing on what he has learned is something he looks forward to doing within the chapters. Just as importantly, he is ready to open that network to other members: connecting them with relevant contacts, making introductions where they are useful, and supporting people in their professional growth.

For the City Chapters, In4Matic brings the talent question into the network from someone who works on it daily, at a time when a large share of member companies are dealing with it as well.
