Vilve Vene is the founder of Vilvevene Consultancy, where she supports entrepreneurs, leaders and teams in their growth, drawing on more than 25 years of experience in building companies and teams.
She works as a mentor for founders, CEOs and operational managers, helping them develop as leaders and navigate the challenges that come with growing a business. She also guides women in tech who want to start their own company or take the next step in their career.
For organisations, she runs training sessions that help teams communicate and work together more effectively. In addition, she advises technology companies on topics such as strategy, fundraising and software architecture.
Vilve is also co-founder of the fintech companies Tuum and Pocopay.
