Full-time associate for our Venture Building Services team in Brussels (nl+en)
The venture building process is comparable to designing and constructing a new building. Each project needs a process leader who can take that new venture with all of its stakeholders from the first idea all the way up to the exit.

Responsibilities
- leading the venture building process from idea to exit
- managing 3-5 venture building projects simultaneaously
- converting commercial leads into long-term contracts
- setup and guide venture leadership teams and boards
- orchestrating the interests and wins of multiple parties
- keeping all stakeholders motivated for a common goal
- matching short-term plans with long-term intentions
Characteristics
- experience with startups and venture capital
- creative mind combined with flexible planning
- ultra-rapid understanding of a new business
- long-term dedication and project loyalty
- both a team player and a team leader
- fluent in Dutch and English – French is a plus
