Katrin D’hont (BE)

Katrin D’hont is an HR lead at a Belgian distribution company. HR is Katrin’s second life, though. She actually started as a sales rep in the pharma industry, visiting general practicioners and specialist doctors on behalf of pharma companies. 

She soon discovered her real passion for people, when she created an organisation that helped individual patients follow the complex procedures of recurring medications for life-threatening diseases and for clinical trials. That’s why, after she sold that company, she started to fully focus on people and HR in various organisations initially within the pharma industry, and later for other sectors.
