Four early-stage creation steps

The new business venture creation process consists of four steps:

1. Ideating and scoping – we first put your rough idea in an think tank so as to draft a crystal-sharp strategy definition, with a priority market list, and a geat purpose and vision. In the meantime, we attract experts and market representatives that will support to co-creation of the new future.
2. Market-centric finetuning – together with these top experts and market representatives, we finetune the business model, we and ensure all the business model canvas parameters are complete. 3. Creation and pre-running – with those first clients, we might first pre-run the business as a service, we might start the development of an app, or outsource the production of a small series of a prototype.
