Elke Van Hoorweghe is an executive and leadership coach who focuses on improving the connection between leaders and their teams. She started her career in the US pharmaceutical industry, in clinical research and clinical trials. She was already passionate about people from the start of her career, so it did not come as a surprise that she moved into HR and talent management, when she came back to Belgium. In 2011 she was working in talent management at Imec, a world-leading R&D and innovation hub in nano-electronics and digital technologies. And then … she became an entrepreneur. Now, she uses the many years of experience and all its lessons learned, to coach top leaders and their teams.
