Joris Walraet is a seasoned interim executive manager, specialising in guiding organisations through change, crisis, and transformation. With over 35 years of experience across various industries, he has a proven track record in leading companies to adapt and thrive in evolving market conditions.
Beginning his career in ICT, Joris quickly advanced to senior management roles at prominent companies such as Volvo Cars and Telenet. In 2009, he embraced entrepreneurship, offering his expertise as an interim executive. His focus areas include general management, crisis management, coaching, business advisory, and change management.
