  2. Deep dive
    We then review your concept and underlying processes. We map out the client value, identify critical points in the customer decision-taking and implementation journey, and make a list of issues, improvement suggestions, investigative challenges, … focused on the outside world.
  3. Alignment
    We facilitate a series of cross-functional meetings with your management team, in which several key departments should take place — from marketing and sales to finance and operations. In these discussions, we act as a catalyst, bringing in outside-in insights to guide decision-making and sharpen the concept for launch.
