Longevity through new habits

ImpactBuilders Studio explores a wellbeing retreat for the next generation of 45+ leaders

Wellbeing is one of the key impact verticals at ImpactBuilders Studio, and it’s gaining fresh traction this autumn with a new initiative: Zen Campus — an immersive longevity experience for individuals and couples aged 45 and above.

Not a clinic. Not a biohacking hub. A place to build joyful habits.

Zen Campus is envisioned as a nature-positive retreat center, where participants are invited to step out of their hectic day-to-day and reflect on what brings lasting health and joy. The goal is not to offer another patchwork of diagnostics or quick fixes — but to create an environment that fosters real habit transformation.

The concept is simple: give people the time, space, and support they need to reconnect with themselves, and to reprogram their lifestyle for long-term wellbeing. Coaching, community, curated experiences, and a peaceful natural setting all come together to support this shift.

A European venture rooted in life design

While longevity often shows up as a technical topic — with gadgets, supplements, and scans — the Zen Campus approach is more personal. It draws from the human-centric values of the ImpactBuilders Universe, focusing on quality of life, relationship depth, and alignment between purpose and daily rhythm.

As with all Studio ventures, Zen Campus is moving through the venture-building methodology — with early market validation, core offer design, and funding conversations currently underway.

Part of the broader wellbeing vertical

The initiative sits within Mental Wellbeing, one of five strategic verticals in the ImpactBuilders Universe. The others include Global Greening, Future of Work, Data Integrity, and Community-Owned Economies. Zen Campus adds a unique and soulful dimension to this vertical — supporting personal transformation as a lever for long-term societal impact.
