Built in Europe, for Europe — our core initiatives’ common cause

Europe is too dependent on other continents — for capital and for goods. The classic angel-to-VC chain sells out promising NewCos, while global supply chains for basics like food, clothing, and housing remain fragile. Our answer: keep ownership and value creation in Europe and localise a larger share of critical supply chains on our continent.

Building new, and renovating old businesses

ImpactBuilders industry revives existing European companies through mid-term, hands-on mandates with board/executive authority. We stabilise, refocus, integrate more European suppliers, and grow international sales—on a disciplined path of ~9 months preparation, 3–5 years implementation, then exit to a European capital structure.

ImpactBuilders studio builds the new businesses Europe needs. We start in one beachhead market, validate with concrete orders, create a first profitable niche, then scale across Europe—using a services firm in Tallinn and an SPV in Zug to take each NewCo from idea to pre-growth in 2–3 years, ready for a single Europe-focused capital round.

What’s new in our branding

We now present two distinct, complementary marks under one European purpose:

  • Industry uses a sharpened, industrial symbol to signal decisive leadership in turnarounds and the rebuilding of the European industrial backbone—one business at a time.
  • Studio carries a forward-looking ecosystemic mark, reflecting the 60 new businesses we would like to create to increase European self-sufficiency.

Together, the twin logos make the story clear at a glance: revival (Industry) and creation (Studio) are two paths toward the same goal—businesses that are built in Europe, for Europe, and that stay in Europe. That goal is part of the overarching ImpactBuilders dream:

To ensure businesses are thriving, well-connected across Europe, and a cause of joy for the clients, for the collaborators, and for the individuals and families they impact with their activities.
