A great line-up for the First Tuesday of 2 December ’25

The place to be for all leaders of international businesses in Tallinn

Company leaders from international businesses should definitely attend the First Tuesday event on December 2, in Tallinn if they want to be successful across borders. First Tuesday is thé place where they will meet leaders from a variety of other businesses, as well as institutional stakeholders, diplomats, and European investors.

The main theme of every First Tuesday event is how to achieve greater business success across Europe. Every First Tuesday has attendants from all sectors and various European countries. Every event also adds a magnet to attract leaders from a particular sector. Those leaders typically form 1/3 of the entire participants list. In December we will add various leaders from the construction, building, materials, and recycling industry. And, of course, all the leaders, founders, CEOs, board members, and business development managers of the industries that are targeting these sectors will be present.

Great international line-up

On the mainstage we have three top speakers who will bring valuable information, and who will start the conversations for all the attendants:

Karel Tousseyn – Belgian Ambassador in Finland and Estonia. He will lead the way to the West. He knows very well why companies in Estonia should aim at the heart of the Blue Banana region, which is the region in Europe that has the highest GDP. A region that is underestimated by most Estonian companies, but actually has the biggest potential.

Marten Merdikes – Founder and global CEO of Auroom Wellness. He recently got in the Estonian news who announced that Auroom made the sauna of pop star Dua Lipa. They are not the most famous sauna-builder in Estonia, but they are super successful outside of Estonia. He will explain what the key success factors are for any company to be a global leader.

Ann Runnel – Founder and global CEO of Reverse Resources. She has created a global concept of textile recycling that works for big and famous fashion brands, and thet includes on-premise activities all the way to Bangladesh. She is now transferring these concepts to the building materials sector. And, assisting the construction sector to use recycled textile as building materials.
