A collective, on-site observation service for European B2B companies preparing for future cooperation with Ukraine — without committing too early.
This service is designed for companies that recognise Ukraine’s long-term industrial relevance, but want to stay grounded, informed, and ready before making strategic moves.
Who this service is for
This service is intended for established B2B companies that operate in classic industrial value chains and are active, or planning to be active, in European cross-border cooperation.
Typical participant profiles include:
- industrial manufacturers in machinery, components, assembly, textiles, furniture, or adjacent sectors
- companies with existing EU-based production or sourcing networks
- groups exploring future nearshoring, partnerships, distribution, or local production options
- decision-makers who need field-based insight rather than market reports or advisory slides
The cohort is limited to 20 non-competing companies or business units from Belgium, Italy, and Estonia.
Why companies join this service
Ukraine is expected to become one of Europe’s largest industrial markets in the coming decade. At the same time, timing matters.
Companies join this service because:
- acting too early increases operational and reputational exposure
- acting too late leaves insufficient time to prepare people, structures, and partners
- desk research does not reflect industrial reality on the ground
- individual scouting is costly, fragmented, and difficult to sustain
This service creates a shared, continuous on-site presence that keeps companies informed, alert, and strategically ready — without triggering premature commitments.
What participating companies receive
Participating companies benefit from:
- continuous on-site industrial observation in the Lviv – Ternopil – Ivano-Frankivsk triangle
- shared factual reporting on industrial activity, infrastructure, logistics, workforce, and institutional conditions
- monthly written reality updates and cohort briefings
- one dedicated half-day on site per company during the subscription period
- quarterly steering moments to refine focus and observation priorities
The mandate is strictly observation-based and non-transactional. No deal-making, no intermediating, no advisory pressure.
How the cohort works
- closed cohort of 10–20 non-competing B2B companies
- all factual observations are shared within the cohort
- company-specific questions, interpretations, and internal use remain confidential
- shared costs enable deeper access and continuity than individual initiatives
The service runs on a subscription basis, allowing companies to stay connected over time rather than relying on one-off visits.
