Expand your European business network

Each month, business leaders, investors, and institutional stakeholders from Estonia and across Europe gather in Tallinn to share experiences, connect, and inspire one another on international business development. This is not a conference — it’s a dynamic space for genuine business networking across borders.

To facilitate cross-country networking

  • Every participant will receive a country code on their name badge. Please enter your country code when registering.
  • The networking area will feature tables marked with country flags (Belgium, France, Sweden, Finland, Ukraine, UK, Lithuania, Spain, and more) to help you find business contacts from specific regions.
  • Buffet zones will be organized to encourage natural cross-country conversations.

Come to meet future partners, clients, investors, or collaborators from all over Europe — in a relaxed, supportive setting.

This month’s conversation starter: “How to keep international teams aligned, motivated, and moving together

As companies grow across borders, one of the biggest challenges becomes not just recruiting the right talent, but ensuring that dispersed teams stay aligned, motivated, and moving forward together.

Our conversation starters will focus on:

  • Keeping remote teams aligned with the main company vision.
  • Maintaining a strong corporate culture across different national cultures.
  • Preventing distance from becoming disconnection.

We will share real-world experiences and best practices from leaders who have built international teams that feel like one — no matter where they are.

Industry focus of the month

Apps, platforms, games, marketplaces, and online business

This month’s honorary guests come from companies leading in the fields of digital platforms, online games, online services, and technology-driven business models. If you are active in apps, SaaS, online marketplaces, or platform-driven ventures — or plan to expand into these areas — this First Tuesday will be especially valuable.

You’ll hear real-world insights from leaders shaping the future of online business across Europe and beyond.

In parallel with the main program, we organise two focus rooms, for a more intimate networking among experts and business leaders in AI and business leaders in systems integration.

Special guests sharing their experiences

Three inspiring professionals will briefly kick off the conversations by sharing their international experiences in the UK, the US, Portugal, Chile, Mexico, and of course, Estonia:

  • Annika Albert (Scoro) – On creating cohesion and team spirit across different locations, including their UK and US office.
  • Marco Evolini (Markit) – On keeping a unified direction while scaling a global team, reaching to the Americas.
  • Kateryna Mykhaylova (Mergewise) – On integrating different company cultures after mergers and cross-border growth.
